Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever with small limits, so you can try the pricing engine and API on a small catalogue.
How does the free trial work?
Each paid plan has a short free trial, shown on its card. You get one trial per account, and no card is needed.
Are there limits during the trial?
Yes. SKUs and API requests are capped during the trial (shown on each plan card). Your plan's full limits apply once you subscribe.
What happens when my trial ends?
You can continue on the Free plan, or our team helps you activate a paid plan. Your account and settings are kept.
Can I switch plans during the trial?
Yes. Switch from your dashboard at any time. Your trial end date stays the same and the new plan's features apply straight away.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Yearly billing costs less than paying monthly for twelve months. Use the Monthly / Yearly switch above the plans to compare.
What happens if I go over my API request limit?
API calls pause until your quota resets on the 1st of the month. To keep going, add an API request pack or upgrade your plan. Your dashboard warns you at 80%, and every API response shows how many requests you have left.
Can I buy more API requests without upgrading?
Yes. On any paid plan you can add API request packs from your dashboard. You see and agree to the monthly price before a pack is added, and you can cancel anytime.
